  • Q: Is there a fee for audio visual equipment?
    A: No, all of our basic audio-visual equipment is complimentary. This includes the use of our LCD projectors, screens, microphones, laptops, etc. Requests for any A/V equipment are due at least two weeks out from your event. If requested and required, an audio visual professional can be present for the event/meeting at an additional cost.
  • Q: Is there a fee to connect to Wi-Fi?
    A: No, Endicott’s campus offers free Wi-Fi to all. You simply have to connect to “EndicottGuest” and then accept the terms and conditions before you will be connected. 
  • Q: Is there a fee to park on campus?
    A: No, free parking is available on campus. It is recommended that you confirm if there is a designated parking location for the program you are attending. It is required that vehicles be parked in legal parking spaces, not on the lawn or in fire lanes.
  • Q: Can we bring our own food?
    A: All food and beverage services must come through one of Endicott College’s exclusive caterers. No outside food or alcohol is allowed. 
  • Q: What is included in the rental price?
    A: For a corporate meeting, conference, etc., the rental price includes the space, tables and chairs, and an event coordinator to assist you with the planning process. For corporate special events, such as holiday parties, the rental price includes: the space, a detail officer to assist with parking, tables and chairs, beverage service fee, an event manager, and an event coordinator.
  • Q: Do we need to provide our own signage?
    A: No, as long as at least one week’s notice is provided, the Misselwood team can provide complimentary signage for your event. If you’d prefer to bring your own, you may do that as well.
